1. Service Delivery Methods

• We provide our services through both online and offline methods. Clients can choose to have consultations either at our office or online via Google Meet or Zoom.

2. Offline Consultation Policy

• If a client books an offline consultation, there will be no compensation or convenience refund if the service is canceled by either the client or the consultant.

3. Online Consultation Policy

• For online consultations, clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and the necessary equipment to participate in the session.
• In case of technical issues from our end, we will reschedule the session at no extra cost.
